Use: mix the required amount of colour with oxidizing emulsion 2,1% or 3% in a non-metal container until it has a creamy consistency. Indicative development time: 5 - 20 min. Once development time is over, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water and apply specific Echosline post-colour products. |
